I was referred to Jerry by the Haven domestic violence center specifically because my situation required a domestic violence lawyer and litigator.

At first impression Mr. Cavellier demonstrates his empathetic, courteous and professional expertise. Jerry seems to have an extraordinary passion for his work and knows how to make things happen efficiently and effectively.

In my case, Jerry was up against one of the largest and international firms in the country, representing my spouse in both the criminal charges resulting from his domestic assaults on me, and the resulting divorce complaint. My case included assault and battery, attempted murder, a self employment revenue stream that disappeared, continued harassment in the form of slanderous allegations of embezzlement and fraud, and a frivolous law suit against a family member.

Jerry fielded calls that resulted from the slanderous accusations, and Jerry appeared on my behalf at the domestic assault hearing in another court resulting in jail time. (This timely sentence prohibited my spouse from attending the hearing against my family who won by entry of a default judgment.)

After a year of battles on numerous fronts, Jerry and I appeared on the day of trial, “prepared” to win. I am convinced they knew it.  We settled that day with terms I would have never dreamed possible.  I received “all” the assets and my spouse received all the marital debt!
